Service Description

Chair yoga is great to start your yoga practice. Seated and supported. All you need is a chair. It is a gentle form of yoga that is good to take anywhere. You will learn some seated and standing poses and modifications will be offered to make the practice accessible for everyone. Sessions last 1 hour. Check the schedule for session dates and times by clicking “Book Now”. Private sessions are available. Must send an email to request to book a private session, virtual or in person for chair yoga if it not already on the calendar.
