Service Description

Seated Chair and Mat yoga is great to start your yoga practice. Seated and supported. All you need is a chair. It is a gentle form of yoga that is good to take anywhere. You will learn some seated and standing poses and modifications will be offered to make the practice accessible for everyone. Sessions last 45 minutes. Sessions are held in person Mondays and Thursdays on select days. Please check our schedule for dates and times. You can request to book a virtual or private session. All supplies and materials are provided. Benefits of chair yoga - Improves balance - Improves Strength - Increases flexibility -Promotes mobility - Promotes better breathing techniques and more! Kids chair yoga and Chair Pilates coming soon! Private sessions price will vary - Email or call to book. Check the schedule for session dates and times by clicking “Book Now”. Private sessions are available. Must send an email to request to book a private session, virtual or in person for chair yoga if it not already on the calendar.
